About
Coaching built on a decade of real-world results.
I bring together expertise in instructional design, evidence-based coaching methods, and ten years of hands-on executive function work to help clients build systems that actually hold.

My background
I've spent the last ten years working with college students and adults who are smart, capable, and genuinely stuck. Not because they lack motivation or intelligence — but because the systems everyone told them to use were never designed for how their brains actually work.
My path to executive function coaching runs through education, business, and behavioral science. I hold a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Instructional Design, a BS in Business from the Mitch Daniels School of Business at Purdue University, and a Secondary Education Teaching Credential from San Francisco State University.
I've also completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing — two evidence-based approaches that shape how I work with clients. CBT helps us identify and shift the thought patterns that get in the way of follow-through. Motivational Interviewing keeps the work client-led, so the strategies we build are ones you actually want to use.
My instructional design background means I think carefully about how people learn and change — not just what to do, but how to build the scaffolding that makes new habits stick. That lens shapes everything from how I structure sessions to how we design your personal system.

My coaching philosophy
"I meet clients where they are and build from their strengths."
There's no single system that works for everyone. My job isn't to hand you a productivity framework and send you on your way — it's to understand how you think, where you get stuck, and what conditions help you do your best work. From there, we build something that fits your life, not someone else's template.
Strengths-first
We start with what's already working and build outward from there.
Evidence-based
Every strategy is grounded in research — CBT, MI, and instructional design principles.
Client-led
You set the direction. I provide the structure, tools, and accountability.
Practical
No abstract advice. We build concrete systems you can use starting this week.
